Fewer meals.
Fewer decisions.
Better data.
Nutrival is a simple protocol app. Choose one approach — low-carb, keto, 16:8 fasting, two meals a day, or longevity-simple — follow a small set of daily rules, and measure how your body actually responds.
Nutrival provides general nutrition information — not medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a restrictive diet or fasting protocol.
Simple enough to follow
No complicated meal plans, no constant calorie logging. A small set of rules you can remember by tomorrow.
Structured enough to work
Clear eating windows, repeatable meals and one daily 30-second check-in. Consistency, not perfection.
Personal enough to learn from
Track weight, hunger, energy and sleep. Run a personal experiment and see what actually changes for you.
The protocols
Pick one. Give it 14 days.
You don't need five diets — you need one that fits your life. Each protocol is a small, well-defined ruleset, plus the measurements that will tell you whether it works for you.
Low-Carb Simple
Fewer refined carbs. Fewer cravings. No calorie counting.
- ·Two or three real meals a day
- ·Protein and vegetables at every meal
- ·No sugary drinks, sweets, bread or pasta
16:8 Fasting
Fast 16 hours, eat within an 8-hour window.
- ·Fast overnight and skip either breakfast or a late dinner
- ·Two nutritionally complete meals in the window
- ·Water, tea and black coffee during the fast
Two Meals a Day
A less intimidating version of fasting.
- ·Two fixed meals — roughly the same times daily
- ·No snacks between meals
- ·Stop eating 2–3 hours before sleep
Longevity Simple
Consistent sleep. Real food. Early eating. Move daily.
- ·Consistent sleep and wake times
- ·Earlier eating window
- ·Mostly minimally processed food
The meals
You don't need 500 recipes. You need 10 meals that work.
Nutrival ships with twelve repeatable meal templates. Real food, ingredients you probably already have, and combinations that stay satisfying week after week.

How Nutrival works
Choose. Follow. Measure. Adjust.
Choose your protocol
Answer a few questions. We suggest one approach that fits your goal, schedule and safety.
Follow a small ruleset
Five to seven rules you can remember. Repeatable meals so you don't have to decide.
Do the daily check-in
Thirty seconds. Adherence, hunger, energy, sleep — and an honest morning weight.
Review and adjust
Weekly report at day 7 and day 14. Then run a personal experiment to test a change.
Your daily check-in
Thirty seconds. Six answers. One score.
Most nutrition apps ask “what did you eat?” Nutrival asks “did you follow your protocol today, and how did your body respond?” — then turns your answers into a simple daily score based on things you can actually control.

What Nutrival doesn't claim
We don't claim intermittent fasting has been proven to extend human lifespan. Current randomized-trial evidence supports fasting mainly as a practical weight-management method — with results broadly similar to ordinary continuous calorie restriction.
We don't tell you that eggs and avocado are a complete long-term diet. They're a simple default meal, not a permanent eating plan. Nutrival's meal templates include vegetables, fish, legumes and dairy so you don't end up with obvious gaps.
We don't sell you a “longevity score” that implies medical certainty. Your Nutrival Score reflects controllable behaviour — the rules you followed today — not physiology.
